Purchase

  • Place your order if the item you are interested in is available.
  • We accept:
    – All major cryptos. BTC, ETH, USDT and Others.
    – Zelle Pay, Apple Cash & Cashapp.
    – Bank Transfers and shipping will follow in 5 business days.
  • Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

  • Each purchase is prepared for shipment, and is packed by professional packers.
  • Boxes and all packing supplies is purchased new to offer strong, reliable packaging during shipment.
  • We try to send the items out the following day after purchase. Weekends and holidays do not apply so if a gun is purchased on a Friday, it will be sent out the following Monday.
  • Items requiring a FFL or C&R are received in shipping when the item is paid-in-full and we have a signed FFL or C&R (FFL & C&R must have legible Premise Address and License Number). All FFL’s where validity may be verified on ATF’s EZ Check website may be faxed or emailed, and again, must have legible Premise Address and License Number.
  • We do offer Next Day shipping at an additional cost. Please ask for a quote.
  • No refunds on shipping costs.

International Sales

  • We welcome International purchases.
  • We must receive payment within 5 business days. If payment is not received in 5 business days the item will be returned to stock immediately.
  • We accept:
    – Wire transfers. Contact us for Banking information.
  • International purchases will be shipped United States Postal Service Express Mail, Federal Express, or UPS only.
  • All firearms, whether antique or modern, must go to an exporter. It has become increasingly difficult over the years to ship any type of firearm internationally and the easiest and most successful way we have found is going through an exporter. Customer is responsible for any and all fees incurred through an exporter. We can make a suggestion of an exporter, or a customer can use an exporter of their choice.
  • Due to the current policies of Federal Express and UPS, an antique firearm or sword may have to go to an exporter for shipment.
  • Invoices on all shipments reflect the correct purchase price. All documentation must match: packing invoice, custom invoice, Shippers Export Declaration(SED) and shipping invoice. No exceptions.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the laws of their country regarding the legality of receiving any item. Items seized by foreign government agencies/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to Collectors Firearms, Inc.

Terms and Conditions

All guns made before 1898 and are considered antique are sold as non-firing guns. All other collectible guns should be inspected by a competent gunsmith before attempting to fire.
